Support Policy
Support is defined as after-sales service provided by a software publisher (in this case DiceLock Security) in solving software conflicts and usability problems, and in supplying updates and patches for bugs and security holes in the program.

Support is provided Monday to Friday, from 10:00 to 19:00 Central European Time (CET), GMT+1 or GMT+2 during Summer.

What does free of charge support include:

  • you can ask for help on purchasing and downloading purchased items
  • you can notify us whenever you find a bug in the purchased product
Please note that in some cases, in order to quickly and professionally solve an issue, our support staff may ask for access to your application developments. All information will not be saved or stored by DiceLock Security nor provided to 3rd parties. Furthermore, our support staff will not engage into actions that may interfere with the functionality of your applications or may produce data loss or corruption. However, when you provide us with details, you accept that we cannot be held responsable for any eventual damage. For more information, please read our full privacy policy here.

What does paid support include:

  • customization of one or more of our products to meet a certain functionality
  • answers to questions that are not related to the product purchasing and downloading
