JDigesterCheck Screenshots

JDigesterCheck™ is composed of two dialogs:

· Select dialogs	SHA 1, SHA 224, SHA 256	(image)
	SHA 384, SHA 512	(image)
	Ripemd 128, Ripemd 160, Ripemd 256, Ripemd 320	(image)
· Results dialog		(image)

Select Dialogs

Select the hash algorihms that you want to check. You can "Select All" of them, "Deselect All" all of them, or select one or more hash algorihms. Available hash algorihms are:

	· SHA 1
	· SHA 224
	· SHA 256
	· SHA 384
	· SHA 512
	· Ripemd 128
	· Ripemd 160
	· Ripemd 256
	· Ripemd 320

Select SHA 1, SHA 224 and SHA 256

For hash algorithms SHA 1, SHA 224 and SHA 256, you can select any or all of three text streams to verify. As well you can set the length of the selected text pieces to divide the text and will be added to compute the hash.

The test text that can be selected are:

	· "abc"
	· "abcdbcdecdefdefgefghfghighijhijkijkljklmklmnlmnomnopnopq"
	· 1 million a's

Select SHA 384 and SHA 512

For hash algorithms SHA 384 and SHA 512 you can select any or all of three text streams to verify. As well you can set the length of the selected text pieces to divide the text and will be added to compute the hash.

The test text that can be selected are:

	· "abc"
	· "abcdefghbcdefghicdefghijdefghijkefghijklfghijklmghijklmnhijklmn oijklmnopjklmnopqklmnopqrlmnopqrsmnopqrstnopqrstu"
	· 1 million a's

Select Ripemd

For hash algorithms Ripemd 128, Ripemd 160, Ripemd 256 and Ripemd 320 you can select any or all of three text streams to verify. As well you can set the length of the selected text pieces to divide the text and will be added to compute the hash.

The test text that can be selected are:

	· empty string ""
	· "a"
	· "abc"
	· "message digest"
	· "abcdefghijklmnopqrstuvwxyz"
	· "abcdbcdecdefdefgefghfghighijhijkijkljklmklmnlmnomnopnopq"
	· "ABCDEFGHIJKLMNOPQRSTUVWXYZabcdefghijklmnopqrstuvwxyz0123456789"
	· 8 times "1234567890"
	· 1 million a's

Once the selections have been made, click the "Run Hashes" button. JDigesterCheck will compute the hash algorithms you have selected on with the input text selected. A progress bar will show the evolution of the test.

Results Dialog

Once the hash computations have been run, JDigesterCheck will show you the following dialog with the hash algorithm used, the input text computed, the expected hash value and the computed hash value..

Only the selected hash algorithms are shown !!!.
