Right now we are developing the documentation, as soon as possible, it will be put here for download.

For some technical information about the random tests implemented in DiceChecker-x you can download from our website "NIST Special Publication 800-22rev1a" publication (released on April, 2010). It describes DiceChecker-x random tests as well as other random tests not yet implemented:
