In order to use such system you must have a free 'registered' account on our website and/or be a 'customer' of our products.
All established communications that make use of this system are performed in a private way. Just you and our support team is able to see your inquiries, the communications are not public and cannot be indexed by search engines or alike.

Support is provided Monday to Friday, from 10:00 to 19:00 Central European Time (CET), GMT+1 or GMT+2 during Summer.

Use this section of our ticket system to file inquiries about pre-sales questions, DiceLock patent related questions, patent and software licensing terms, purchase processes, joint ventures, partnerships, alike and many others.

Customer Technical Support

Use this section of our ticket system to file inquiries about our main library software products DiceLock for Windows and DiceLock-x for Linux and any of their C++ test driver programs. As well as about all previous software products, inquiries can also be made about our freeware library products HashDigester or DiceChecker for Windows and HashDigester-x or DiceChecker-x for Linux, their drivers or any else.
